Every pair of Hadid Eyewear is carefully inspected and packaged before it ships. Please review the details below so you know what to expect.
## Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
## Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship anywhere in the United States for a flat rate of $10 per order. Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
## International Shipping
We're pleased to ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery times vary by country and customs processing, typically 7–21 business days after shipping.
Please note: international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.
## Delays
Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control — but if your package seems lost or significantly delayed, reach out and we'll help track it down.
## Tracking
All orders ship with tracking. If you haven't received your tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@hadideyewear.com.
