Returns & Refunds

Every pair of Hadid Eyewear is crafted in Italy and inspected before it ships. If your purchase isn't right for you, we're happy to accept a return under the terms below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, including the case, cloth, and any accompanying materials.

How to Start a Return

The fastest way is online: log in to your account at hadideyewear.com using the email address from your order — no password needed, just a one-time code sent to your inbox. Select the item you'd like to return and submit your request. You can also email us at info@hadideyewear.com.

Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back to us. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For US orders, we provide a prepaid return shipping label, and a flat $12 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. For international orders, customers arrange and pay for return shipping to the address provided in your return instructions; we recommend using a tracked, insured service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@hadideyewear.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@hadideyewear.com with your order number and photos — we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the pair you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Final Sale

Items purchased from The Sale collection and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective on arrival.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
