Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Hadid Eyewear. If something's not right, here's how returns work.

Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to return your item. It must be unworn, in its original condition, with all original packaging (case, cloth, etc.).

How to Return
Log in at hadideyewear.com with your order email (one-time code, no password needed) and submit a return request — or email us at info@hadideyewear.com. Once approved, we'll send a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

Shipping Fee
US orders: $12 return shipping, deducted from your refund. International orders: customer arranges and pays return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us right away at info@hadideyewear.com with photos — we'll fix it at no cost to you.

Exchanges
Return your item, then place a new order once your return is approved.

Final Sale
Items from The Sale collection and gift cards are final sale — no returns, unless damaged or defective on arrival.

EU Customers
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return your order, no reason needed. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
